We just wanted to let you know about the most awesomest show coming up that features all things MADE IN LA! There are seriously, the strangest, coolest and most creative things I have ever seen at this show. Seriously. You can get bags made out of recycled bicycle parts, Old books from the library that have been turned into the most retro-fab journals. Poop dolls. Bacon Ice Cream Sandwiches. And these crazy charm necklaces of household appliances that are packaged in adorable Matchboxes!! I mean they even have a Toilet necklace! So Weird!!

Alright, enough talking about ourselves in the 3rd person!

But I want to let ya’ll be the first to know that we have been busy making a pant load of new wild charms and we are so excited to debut them at Unique LA.

And many of you creative and crafty people have been wanting to use our charms in your own projects. So we will have a “Just Charms” section at the show where you can buy special charms that you won’t find anywhere else to put on your scrapbooks, charm bracelets, and feather earrings. So Cool!

So come get your Unique on at Unique LA.

You know the Luna Bars? They have a pro cycling team along with ambassadors from all over the country whose mission is to get women to start riding bikes together. I think this is Great! Jimbob and I ride bikes everywhere! Especially to get Menchi’s frozen yogurt. . . which I want right now. But back to the Luna Team. Here is a picture of Amy Dombromski. Don’t be fooled by this cutie patootie, she is a powerhouse cyclist, a three-time U23 national champion in cyclocross. Dombroski also holds U23 national titles on the road and mountain bike.  And not only is she a member of the Luna Pro Team but she also loves Jenny and Jimbob’s Matchbox Necklaces. (She isn’t wearing one in this picture but she bought a Speed Demon necklace and I’m sure she will wear it on one of her races to remind her to ride her bike realllly fast.)

We also sold a bunch of necklaces to other members of the pro team and their regional members, but I didn’t have a picture to document the frenzy. I promise I will get better at posting pictures on the blog!

In other news, We are still busy filling our orders from February and we keep getting new orders in every week! It’s awesome! In a somewhat overwhelming way, but awesome just the same. We will also be selling necklaces at the Unique LA show this weekend. April 17th and 18th 2010 at the downtown California Market Center in the penthouse. I will do another blog about how much I love Unique LA and everyone who can should attend. And I will be sharing my booth with Alter Ego by Erika Walton who makes crazy bracelets out of matchbox cars. But that will be a different post.
